Opened in 15 November, 2015, Le Méridien Dhaka has become a familiar name in the tourism and hospitality industry. The hotel has a special aptitude for arranging authentic cross-cultural events and celebrations.
Le Méridien Dhaka presented events like Goût de France (French food festival) and Rajasthani Food Festival, where international chefs prepared authentic foods from the respective countries. In association with Colours FM 101.6, Le Méridien Dhaka hosted ‘Colours of Women’, where 24 artists from around the country joined hands to highlight the lives of 18 struggling women through their art. Halloween was the most recent celebration. The day was celebrated with magic shows, exciting games, and other fun activities along with Halloween themed Brunch.
In these three years, the hotel has become synonymous with VVIP accommodation and successfully hosted many foreign dignitaries. To celebrate their third anniversary, Shakib Al Hasan, brand ambassador of the hotel and Constantinos S Gavriel, General Manager of Le Méridien Dhaka, were present.
